We stopped by for a quick lunch before exploring the outlet stores outside. We were seated promptly, as the restaurant wasn't very busy during our visit. The ambiance was neat and consistent with the Shakey's franchise. The staff were courteous, and the food tasted excellent, as always. However, the service was a bit slow, despite the relatively empty restaurant. We saw that there was a Christening event happening, which might have contributed to the delays or there is just a problem on how they process orders. We ordered Deal 2 with extras, including chicken, pizza, and root beer float. Unfortunately, we had to follow up multiple times for some items to arrive, and a few were almost forgotten, surprising even the server. Despite this, the food was enjoyable, and we'll consider returning.
